I've meant to take Shelby to the free train rides at Wilson Park pretty much since she was born. They do it every month, but for some reason it just never worked out until today. It was a perfect first time, though - beautiful day, not too much of a line, and Tom came! That makes for a fun time.
The trains are these funny super-tiny things that you kind of awkwardly perch on. They ride around on a teeny foot-wide (if even) track. And it was awesome! Shelby loved it.
We saw a doghouse, flamingos, a tunnel, a bridge, and all kinds of funny things along the way.
This was really cute and hopefully it doesn't take me another two years to come again.

Hi kiddo's. Long time between visits, huh? Since I retired I don't get on Internet unless I stop by the office to catch up on all y'all. We are all doing fine and manageing to stay cool. Kisses and hugs to everyone. Belated Birthday Greetings to Shelby.
