Even if they're silly.
For instance, today is "happy one week anniversary of the last full day that Tom and I had only one child at home". Hooray!
That day also happened to be Patch's birthday. We celebrated the way we did last year - with lots of yummy cupcakes. Shelby was in charge of "inspecting" the sprinkles. As you can see, she did a, um, thorough job.
We obviously didn't know that last Tuesday would be the last day of life without Cameron, and I'm glad it was such a good day for Shelby.
Now we have these TWO cuties at home! We're loving it.

Absolutely adorable. Being "Big Sister" gets better with age. I was "Big Sister" for 76 yrs. 8 mos. & 6 days. God Bless all of you.
