Blessing Weekend

Cameron's baby blessing was Sunday, March 4. We had lots of friends and family around to enjoy his snuggles.

What a shock - I completely forgot to take photos of the blessing day. I'm super mad about it because I forgot at Shelby's blessing too. I was supposed to redeem myself instead of keeping consistent with my bad habit. Ugh.

Anyway, here's a recap of some of the fun family times I did capture in photos.

Grandma and Grandpa Seguine came to visit and we spent a fun afternoon at the park.

Shelby rarely acknowledges other kids, but she plopped right down by this cute little boy. She stuck her feet in the hole he dug and asked him to bury her feet in the sand. They were cute to watch.

We all went to dinner after my family arrived on Saturday night.

We had to wait a while for a table, but Uncle Taylor kept the girls entertained.

It was a long day and Grandpa and Cameron needed to recharge. Grandma Seguine made the beautiful blanket.

We kept with tradition and went to Disneyland the day after the blessing. Cameron was a trooper for his first visit, just like Shelby was.

It's so fun to watch my mom be a grandma. She loves these little girls.

I think Shelby would be satisfied if we came to Disneyland just to play at the toy kiosks.

Shelby enjoyed her ice cream cone. The proof was all over her face. It was impossible to get her to stop eating and look at me, so this is the best photo I have of her chocolate goatee. My family knows how hard I tried because we were all laughing at the outtakes.

Cameron sported his official "1st Visit" button all day.

We are so glad that our family could be with us for a great blessing weekend. Tom did an amazing job blessing Cameron. We couldn't be more happy to have this sweet boy in our family.
