Girls' Night Out

Holly said we should leave her out of the baby shower tradition because this is her second pregnancy. Ok, fine...but your second pregnancy doesn't exclude you from being kidnapped for a girls' night out!

Me, Elizabeth, Holly, and Meghan
PS~We missed you, Jane!

We surprised Holly at her front door (once I finally fought my way through crazy LA rain traffic), and after we confirmed that we hadn't sent her into early labor from the shock, we went to dinner at Solar de Cahuenga. A quick smoking rant - why do people still smoke after all the icky things we've learned about it? The place smelled terrible! We aired it out, though, and feasted on tasty crepes and paninis.

Then it was off to Meghan's adorably Christmas decorated apartment to continue the girly fun. We did manicures, pedicures, and face masks while watching Mean Girls (awesome chick flick!) and snacking.

I used the scariest Hannibal Lecter-esque mask ever.
It does get points for being soothing, though.

Holly also got a gift - this baby's going to be stylin' in her new high chair!

Holly, we had to take a night to celebrate how awesome you are and how excited we are to meet the newest member of your family. Thanks for playing along with us!
