Fun at the Fair - Year Three

We decided early this morning to continue our tradition and head out to the LA County Fair. Free Saturdays come few and far between for Tom these days, so we were excited to have a rare day to spend as a family. We had lots of fun, as always!

We were lucky to be able to meet up with Jay and Meghan, their cutie son Jack, and Jay's sister and husband in from out of town. Sadly, I didn't catch any group photos, but they were there with us!

The day started with a show and Shelby had the best seat in the house on dad's shoulders. The show was a troupe of Chinese acrobats and it was super impressive.

Shelby channeled her inner pirate during the parrot show and commandeered the ship. Aye, aye, Captain Shelby!

There was an adorable girl-friendly area where little girls could dress up in princess dresses, decorate tiaras, wear pretty things, and play around in a house just their size. It was perfect for Shelby.

She decided to be Belle, but ended up working like Cinderella!

She was a little disheveled after all of that housework.

Hello princess Shelby! Sporting her newly decorated tiara.

We are thrilled that we had a chance to squeeze in a trip to the grounds for the third year in a row!

Wow, I didn't realize how big Shelby has gotten until that picture of her in her stroller! Looks like a fun day for your cute little family! :)
