Labor Day Beach Day

Just before Labor Day, I realized we'd let the whole summer go by without having our Hollywood friends down for a beach day. No good! I can't say I'm surprised, though. I spent most of the summer either nauseous or napping, so beach days were few and far between.

We were lucky to be able to squeeze in a get-together on Labor Day before the unofficial end of summer. It was nice to take advantage of another day off for Tom and to catch up with our good friends. Elizabeth saved the day by bringing her camera and getting some great shots. Thank you!

Our little girl just barely got up the guts to get in the waves rather than running away, and now she can't get enough. This was Tom's first time playing with her in the water. These two are such a cute duo.

I'm not going to post a photo of me from the front...I don't think anyone needs to see my baby belly in a swimsuit! But in case you're wondering - it's definitely there. I'll post this family photo, though. I think we're cute.

Shelby really does have two legs. I'm not sure where she's hiding her left leg here...
