My new favorite Cameron photo.

Tom and I laughed the other day at the fact that I have second child syndrome - I keep doing posts on Shelby since I'm in the habit. So without further ado, here is a CAMERON post!

This little boy is three months old today! I feel like he's so much further than that - I half expect him to jump up and run around these days. He's big and solid and tough and has left all that newborn stuff behind. 

Falling asleep sitting up? Am I really that boring of a mom?

Here are some Cameron facts:

• He loves attention. If I'm holding him on my lap and try to read a book, he chatters until I look at him, and then he'll smile and talk to me.
• He likes to show off. When he's in the bouncy chair while I'm cooking dinner, he'll give a hoot so I look over, and then he'll frantically kick his arms and legs to show me what a good bouncer he is.
• He sits upright in the stroller. I've been using the newborn recline setting, but today he wasn't happy until I sat him up to see the world. 
• He has an on/off switch. Sometimes he'll fuss as he's trying to settle down and sleep, and then suddenly he's out like a light. No fading in or out for this guy.
• He's sleeping like a champ. Usually 9pm until 4am, and then back out for another couple of hours. I'm glad my kids like sleep as much as I do!
• He's a great eater. He still eats about every two hours, and it only takes him ten minutes before he's good to go.
• He's not a spitter-upper. I can count on one hand how many times he's spit up. He doesn't really even burp. He rockets through diapers, though - we're keeping Pampers in business!
• He loves bath time. He always has. You can see the relaxation in his face as soon as he hits the water.
• He has no hair! Just kidding, he's got a little bit, but I swear he has less than when he was born, not more. I'm jealous of lots of faux hawks his friends are rocking these days, but I'm sure he'll get some luscious locks soon.
• He's a brown-eyed boy. At least it looks like that's where they're headed. He'll be a mini Tom! 
• He's a smiler and a talker. He has this sweet little coo that is textbook baby talk. I love our little chats.
• We LOVE him!

Why are the best ones always blurry?

The crib. He doesn't sleep there at night yet, but he'll be moving in soon.

Yep, they'll be sharing a room! That will be so cute.

 

Baby's first sturgeon face! I'm so proud!

And it's time for little guy's blog video debut! He loves his crib mobile. He may be allergic, though. Not really, but there was a cute little sneeze at the end. Too cute.

We love Cameron so much and are proud of how much he's growing and learning. He's such a sweetheart and we're lucky to have him. Happy three months!
