Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!
How do you not celebrate that?
I didn't make anything genius like Elizabeth's neapolitan chocolate chip cookie cake

But I did put Shelby and her friend Brenna to work to make some yummy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
I recently discovered peanut butter chips at Trader Joe's and they're my new weakness. I bought a bag intending to make cookies...but I ate them all. Oops. Bag number two actually made it into cookie form. They're tasty both ways.
PS~
I included all four pictures of Shelby and Brenna to show how hard it is to get Shelby to stand still for a picture. Shelby changed her pose four different times, while Brenna looks the same in each shot. Shelby is not one to stand still!
