Shelby and I have been running pretty regularly lately and I am loving it. We have a great stretch of beach near our house that is the perfect distance to start our day. She's so sweet to let me push her around in her red stroller all morning. She usually has milk and a Toy Story 3 fruit snack ("Woody Buzz snack!") to keep herself entertained.
Because she's always been so chill, this morning came as a big surprise. I was cruising along, feeling great, and heard a sweet little Shelby voice coming from the stroller. I paused my iPod and leaned in to hear what she had to say.
"Run faster faster!"
I guess she's realized I need a coach. She's tough.
