Jane and I celebrated our January birthdays with...
JAZZ HANDS!
...and another awesome girls' night. We love that our birthdays are clumped into three months, but now we're wondering what our excuse will be to keep getting together. We'll come up with plenty!
We went to P.F. Chang's for a yummy dinner.
Then, dessert came in the form of one of Elizabeth's DELICIOUS cakes.
She made it in secret, brought it to the restaurant, and had it stashed in the kitchen until dessert time. What a fun birthday surprise! Thanks to Elizabeth the baker extraordinaire for going all out. Elizabeth, why do I call you that? Is that a lame nickname? Maybe. I'll work on it.
The flowers on the cake are real, and edible even. We sampled.
